Using the scenario posed in the discussion board for this week (also linked below), draft a high-level project schedule (Gantt Chart) using a computer application of your choice (i.e., Excel or MS Project) that includes the project checkpoints needed to ensure project success. Make sure that you assign resources to tasks, create dependencies, and workgroup packages (subtasks that give detail). Note: The project timeline is six months.
