Please write an essay in which you explain the significance of one of the four following U.S. Supreme Court cases. Please give only a brief description of the facts of the case. Spend most of your time describing why the case is significant – what it means for actual peoples’ lives – and explaining why you think the decision is either good or bad for America.1) Engel v.
