Address U.S airlines expansion or lack there of into the country of India and alternately the various Indian airlines expansion into the US. India being one of the fastest growing economies in the world, with more and more Indian citizens being business travelers and having the financial means to conduct personal travel, I think it important to address why this is such a difficult transaction and how the differing cultures play a role in the situation.

Keep in mind that the nature of the class is an exploration of management of the multicultural workforce and should include:

• Cultural anthropology and international business
• Communicating across cultures
• Constrasting cultural values
• Managing and maintaining organizational culture
