You are encouraged to review the feedback from your instructor on Worksheet B prior to starting this worksheet, because creating effective vision statements requires a solid understanding of the strategic objectives that you aim to accomplish. Worksheet B and your notes from Module Eight will be valuable when completing this worksheet. In Worksheet B, you created a total of 12 goal statements from each area within your SWOT analysis that you defined in Worksheet A. Those goal statements were then applied to the Learning and Growth (HRM side of the balanced scorecard) in Worksheet B.
