Undaunted, West\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s legal team filed suit, compelling the creators to sell their holdings and shut down Coinye\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s website (Zheng, et al., 2018). Though Coinye\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s peer-to-peer network remains active and it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s still technically possible to mine the currency, person-to-person transfers and mining activity have collapsed to the point that Coinye is basically worthless.<\/p>\n
