\ngauge their competitiveness. However, many nuances complicate the
\nprocess. For example, when you’re hiring the head of software
\ndevelopment, the competition for talent might be a different set of
\ncompanies than when you’re hiring an administrative assistant.<\/p>\n
\nsalaries get paid are not at the expensive of lower-level employees.
\nTherefore all public and nonprofit employers must comply with Federal
\nLaws: The Fair Standards act, The Equal Pay Act, for instance, all
\nemployees should be paid fair wages. The down fall for my organization
\nhas been paying a low salary which has increase high turn-around.
\nEmployees leave for the competitive company that pays more and agencies
\nhave to recruit and train new employees incurring significant costs
