\nExpression of Interest [EOI] written submission: The consortia also known as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is to prepare an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Melbourne Metro CBD as part of a large 9 Km of Metro infrastructure and 5 Metro stations being currently procured as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).<\/p>\n
CBD South Station was chosen. Our underground station will have art panel, shops and supermarket. We will also develop for site around and above the station. There will be amusement park , one 15-storey hotel and 12-storey shopping mall. It is a team assignment and I am in charge of writing legal part.
