\n1) Revise and assess your definition of leadership as compared to your thoughts in the Unit 1 Assignment.
\nProvide your personal definition of leadership used in Unit 1 as a base and describe what changes you

\n2) Select a different leader than the one identified in Unit 1. What observations have you noticed in terms

\n3) Provide at least three recommendations to this leader that would have increased his\/her effectiveness,
