As you start your course, it is critical to recognize that self-reflection is a critical component of a successful career. Developing an awareness of your strengths, limitations, and personality traits will help at every stage of career development. When you are mindful of who you are, you are be better able to market yourself to future employers and will be better equipped to achieve your career goals.
Your first self assessment is called the Jung Typology Test. This test is based off of Carl Jung and Isabel Briggs Myer’s typological approach to personality. This is a free assessment. You will use your results as part of your self assessment assignment this week.

It is important to remember that the Jung Typology Test is an informal way of measuring your personality traits. Consider how your likes, dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses affect your performance in school, at work, and at home. Think about how this may affect your career goals.
