Job Description Paper<\/p>\n

The primary function of the job
\ndescription paper is to increase students understand of their current or
\nprospective job position. The paper should be in alignment with the
\nposition outlined in the introduction discussion forum and the position
\nused in the final paper.\u00a0 The following areas of the job description

  Submit a Job Description paper in which you
  \ndescribe each of the above mentioned areas of job description from the
  \nvantage point of your chosen position. Likewise, the paper should
  \ninclude a description of at least two selection methods used to recruit
  \nqualified candidates and why these two selection methods would be most
  \nappropriate.<\/p>\n

  Writing the Job Description<\/strong> Paper:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Must be three double-spaced pages in length,
    \nexcluding the cover page and reference page, and formatted according to
    \nAPA style as outlined in your approved style guide.\u00a0\n<\/li>\n
  • Must include a cover page that includes:\n

    • Name of paper\n<\/li>\n
    • Student’s name\n<\/li>\n
    • Course number and name\n<\/li>\n
    • Instructor’s name\n<\/li>\n
    • Date submitted <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Must include an introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.\n<\/li>\n
    • Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.\n<\/li>\n
    • Must conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.\n<\/li>\n
    • Must use APA style as outlined in your approved style guide to document all sources.\n<\/li>\n
    • Must include, on the final page, a
      \nReference List that is completed according to APA style as outlined in
      \nyour approved style guide and has at least one reference in addition to
