Before joining a board of a large corporation, I would want to know what were the issues\/objectives that we would be focusing on to determine whether or not this is something that is important to me. The answer that I would be seeking would be focused on corporation policies and ways to better the business. I would also want to know how much of my time needs dedicated to my board duties. I would want to know how much of my time is needed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Finally, as a board member I would want to know what were my accommodations for my service. I would want to know specifically what I was being compensated to know whether or not it is worth my time and attention. <\/p>\n
