\n The final assignment for this course is a comparative summary of key components of various healthcare settings. It is beneficial to complete each section of the table as we review the material in the week. For the Freestanding Ambulatory Care category, complete the following:\n <\/p>\n

• \n Summarize the state specific health record (i.e., medical record) documentation guidelines for the healthcare setting, including the statute, regulation, and administrative code reference number.\n <\/li>\n
