\n The final project for this course is the creation of a proposal for an organizational design that both supports and empowers women in leadership. Throughout the course, students will examine the historical aspects of women in leadership; contemporary examples of women leaders and their management, leadership, and communication styles; and characteristics that are common among women leaders. Students will be examining personal and organizational characteristics of successful women leaders and using this examination to devise a model of organizational design and culture that supports women in leadership\n <\/p>\n
