What kind of reforms can be implemented to diminish the misconduct? Katie reply needed . I think that there is a connection between government “misconduct” and the conviction of “innocent” people in some cases. Prosecutors hold a lot of power and you really hope that they are a good person doing the right thing. I was surprised watching the video about the prosecutor apologizing to the man that he got falsely convicted. I just don’t understand how someone could knowingly get a person convicted when they didn’t do the crime. In one of the other videos it talks about how a prosecutor had multiple misconducts but nothing was really done about it. If they discover that misconduct is occurring or even suspect it from a prosecutor they should be put on leave and it should be investigated immediately.
