\nMultiple Intelligences was developed by psychologist Howard Gardner who
\nsuggested that we each possess different degrees of each of the eight
\nintelligence types he proposed. He argued that we should not be asking
\nthe question, \u201cHow Smart Are You?\u201d Instead, he believed we should ask,
\n\u201cHow are you smart?\u201d<\/p>\n

After reading about Gardner\u2019s Multiple
\nIntelligences in your PSYCH4 textbook (Chapter 7 \u201cThe Theory of Multiple
\nIntelligences\u201d), take some time to listen to author and education
\nexpert Sir Ken Robinson. In the video, \u201cHow Are You Intelligent?\u201d
\nRobinson discusses how our current educational system tends to stifle
\ncreativity, and he challenge our view of intelligence.<\/p>\n
