There are internal and external motivators; internal being your own reasons for wanting to improve or accomplish something and external being expectations of others or a reward you may strive to obtain. BEFORE you watch the Ted Talk, write down your thoughts on 2 internal and 2 external motivators that work for you; they could be related to school, work, personal, etc. There are no wrong answers, the idea is to identify how you are best motivated. <\/p>\n
