Throughout this course, you have been methodically investigating,
\nanalyzing, and proposing solutions for supporting innovative thinking
\nwithin an organization. In this assignment, you will bring it all
\ntogether in a final culminating assignment. The goal of the assignment
\nis to persuade the organization to hire you to implement your
\ninnovative structures and strategies.<\/p>\n

Create a persuasive video of your compelling vision for
\norganizational innovation revival within the organization. Choose the
\nmost essential pieces from your assignments in Topics 3-7 to include
\nin your 3-4 minute pitch, along with the steps to maintain your
\ninnovation structure.<\/p>\n

For the video component of the assignment, you will create a
\ndocument with the video access link and submit this document to your instructor. <\/p>\n

In addition, you are required to submit the script of your pitch. <\/p>\n

You are free to choose the method you are most comfortable using in
\norder to create your video. Some options are a smartphone, tablet,
\nvideo camera, or webcam. Upload your video to YouTube and copy that
\nlink in to a document for your instructor. You reserve the right to
\nmake the video public or private. Make sure to include:<\/p>\n

1. An overview of the organization’s history.<\/li>\n
2. An
   \nassessment of the innovative culture within the organization.<\/li>\n
3. A concise personal vision that describes yourself as an
   \ninnovative leader.<\/li>\n
4. An overview of your proposed
   \norganizational structure to improve innovation within the
   \norganization.<\/li>\n
5. A summary highlighting your strategy for
   \nengaging innovative employees and fostering a climate of learning
   \nand development.<\/li>\n
6. Steps you need to take and maintain in
   \norder to keep the innovation momentum within the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to
   \nbeginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for
   \nsuccessful completion.<\/p>\n

   You are required to submit your pitch script to Turnitin. Please
