Welcome to the discussion. In this course you will be introduced to a topic in the discussion. The first week of the module you will write about your initial thoughts after reviewing the resources. The initial post should be at least 600 words.<\/p>\n

Developing a compelling change picture, communicating this picture to all stakeholders , conducting a comprehensive \u2018roadblock analysis\u2019, removing the \u2018roadblocks\u2019, and implementing the change, are all critical steps for a successful organizational change management initiative.<\/p>\n
List and discuss examples of successful organizations that went through a change process by adopting the steps above. In your opinion, what was the \u2018formula\u2019 for their success? You can use organizations selected from the academic literature or organizations that you are familiar with.<\/p>\n
