Conduct a premortem for each of your policy alternatives using the process described by Serrat (attached). Write out a brief scenario of each failure mode you identify, using Bardach’s examples as guides (p. 55- attached). You will want to use this information when you are projecting outcomes to put in your outcome matrix. You may also identify steps you can take to mitigate the risks of some or all of the failures you identify.<\/p>\n
