Directions <\/strong><\/p>\n

The due diligence analyses on the three countries chosen ( NIGERIA, CUBA,
\nGERMANY) will wrap up in this assignment with the exploration of management
\ndecision making processes. For each of your countries, you will discuss;<\/p>\n

1- the benefits bringing the diversity of
\nthe workforce will have for your company. <\/p>\n

2- You will compare and contrast the various
\naspects of U.S. human resource management against those of your chosen
\ncountries. <\/p>\n

3- You will examine what motivates the
\nlocal workforce and the style of leadership which is prevalent in your
\ncountries. <\/p>\n

4-You will contrast those against what our
\nU.S. company would utilize.<\/p>\n

\nminimum of 1.5 pages per country is required and you will follow APA (6th
