You did not cover in detail the motivation strategy, innovation strategy, and people strategy. You also did not give information on the corporate social responsibility other than it is imperative. Your paper does not clearly discuss how the major components of the strategic management process work together to create value for the organization. Make sure you also include a level one heading formatted according to APA, 6th edition to always include at least one citation in each conclusion to make it more scholarly.
