Leadership and you

Using the Readings and Assignments you have completed to date:
1) Revise and assess your definition of leadership as compared to your thoughts in the Unit 1 Assignment.
Provide your personal definition of leadership used in Unit 1 as a base and describe what changes you
are making and why. This definition is the only information from your Unit 1 paper that can be used in
this Final Assignment.
2) Select a different leader than the one identified in Unit 1. What observations have you noticed in terms
of theory, concept and practice? Cite examples and any measurable results you have s e e n .
3) Provide at least three recommendations to this leader that would have increased his/her effectiveness,
using the information you have gained throughout this class. Why do you believe your recommendations
would produce or create a stronger leadership outcome?
4) Select and describe at least two of the leadership styles from this course that you identified with the
most. Explain why these styles/approaches meant so much to you and how you will implement these into
your own leadership approach. Be specific.
Components
● Your Final should have a cover sheet with the following information: Title of the paper, your name,
course number and section number, and date.
● It must be a minimum of 5-6 pages (1,500 words), excluding title page, references, etc
