• Do a report on why you would like to pursue a career in Human Resources.Include the areas we studied this semester, and the tasks and responsibilities that a human resource employee has in his/her position.You can select a HR Generalist, Specialist, or Manager – if you select manager, explain what it takes to be in this position level and the steps it took for you to achieve this grade.
• If working in Human Resources does not interest you, do a report on a career you would like to pursue, including the education, responsibilities and duties that are included in the position you choose.

Also include where you would expect to see yourself in 5 and 10 year increments and what if any additional education you anticipate having to achieve to reach your goals.

The report is to be a 2-3 typed paper, double spaced in 12 point type.You will be graded on your originality, knowledge of the career position you select, research you do, as well as grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, spelling, and interest.
