help me wirte a reflection for sailing class

It was my second time to go to Muskegon to
sail. The first time, it was in last term that I bring my friend to Muskegon
who chose this class. Muskegon’s weather is cold. Wind is strong on the lake. I
asked professor many questions. One of question, he said when he adjusted
direction, he could sleep, and I asked him that if the wind change direction
that would be dangers, why are you sleeping? He said there are three alarms,
which can wake you up when wind change direction. He teaches us how to hoist a
sail and hauling down the canvas. He also teaches us how to change a sail direction
when wind change direction. Firstly, I think change a sail direction to adapt
to wind direction which need two people to change it. But the professor showed
us how to deal this with a person. And we took many pictures when we were
sailing on the lake. The Muskegon is 2 hours form EastLansing where my school
is at.
